Scope: This EULA covers all use of GoMask, including free signup credits and purchased credit packs. GoMask is a brand of Autonify Limited.
Free Credits: 25 credits on signup, for evaluation. They expire 48 hours after signup. No SLA, no guarantees.
Credit Packs: One-time purchases. There is no subscription and nothing renews automatically. Purchased credits do not expire.
Availability: No uptime SLA or service credits are offered.
Data Responsibility: You are fully responsible for any data you upload or process. GoMask is not liable for compliance breaches.
Liability: Free credits carry no liability. For purchases, liability is capped at fees paid in the last 12 months.
Intellectual Property: Autonify Limited retains all ownership. You are granted a limited, nonexclusive licence. No resale, sublicensing, or reverse engineering.
Termination: GoMask may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach this agreement.
Jurisdiction: This agreement is governed by the laws of England & Wales. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in its courts.
Formal EULA
1. Introduction
This End User Licence Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Autonify Limited, trading as GoMask.ai ("GoMask", "we", "our", or "us") and the customer ("you", "your"). By accessing or using the GoMask platform, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
2. Licence Grant
GoMask grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the GoMask platform in accordance with this Agreement and the credits available on your account. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Autonify Limited.
3. Restrictions
You may not:
- • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the platform.
- • Rent, lease, sublicense, resell, or otherwise commercially exploit the platform outside the scope of this Agreement.
- • Use the platform in violation of applicable laws or regulations.
4. Data Responsibility
You are solely responsible for any data you upload, process, or generate through the platform. GoMask provides tools for masking and synthetic data generation but does not control or validate your use of data. Compliance with GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, and other applicable regulations is your responsibility.
5. Credits
Free Signup Credits: 25 credits are granted when you sign up, for evaluation. Unused signup credits expire 48 hours after signup. No SLA, no guarantees. Not for production use.
Credit Packs: Credits are sold as one-time packs at the prices shown at the time of purchase. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal. Purchased credits do not expire.
Using Credits: Credits are consumed when you download marketplace datasets, generate data, or deploy mock APIs, at the rates shown in the platform before you confirm.
6. Availability
GoMask does not offer an uptime SLA or service credits. The platform may be unavailable from time to time, including for scheduled maintenance.
7. Intellectual Property
The GoMask platform, software, documentation, and all associated intellectual property remain the exclusive property of Autonify Limited. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights.
8. Termination
GoMask may immediately suspend or terminate your access if you breach this Agreement, exceed usage limits, or fail to make payments. Upon termination, all rights granted under this Agreement will cease.
9. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
- • Free Credits: Provided "as is" with no warranties or liability.
- • Purchased Credits: Liability is limited to fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. GoMask disclaims all indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
