GoMask.ai Terms of Service
Effective Date: 20th August 2025
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the GoMask.ai SaaS platform ("Service"), operated by Autonify Limited, registered in England under company number 16456263 ("GoMask", "we", "our", "us"). By creating an account, using our platform, or accessing our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility & Acceptance
- • By using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into these Terms.
- • Acceptance occurs either by creating an account (clickwrap) or by using/accessing the Service (browsewrap).
2. Services Covered
These Terms apply solely to the GoMask.ai SaaS platform. Consulting and professional services provided separately by Autonify Limited are outside the scope of these Terms.
3. Free Credits
New accounts receive 25 free credits for evaluation. Unused free credits expire 48 hours after signup. Free credits and any other free access are governed by these same Terms.
4. Billing & Payments
- • Payments are processed via Stripe.
- • Larger accounts may be invoiced upon request.
- • Credits are sold as one-time packs. There is no subscription and nothing renews automatically.
- • Purchased credits do not expire.
5. Service Availability
- • We provide the Service on a general availability basis and will use reasonable efforts to maintain uptime.
- • We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or a specific SLA.
6. User Responsibilities & Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- • Upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content (including malware).
- • Attempt to probe, hack, or disrupt the Service.
- • Reverse engineer, resell, or copy the platform.
- • Share accounts or credentials outside your authorised team.
- • Abuse resources beyond permitted usage.
7. Intellectual Property
- • All intellectual property in the platform, branding, and features is owned by Autonify Limited (GoMask.ai).
- • You retain ownership of your data. By uploading it, you grant GoMask a limited licence to process it solely for providing the Service.
8. Data Protection
GoMask processes data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Customer-uploaded datasets are not used for marketing or analytics and are deleted after processing or upon account closure (see Privacy Policy).
9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
- • The Service is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind.
- • We exclude liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits.
- • Our liability is capped at the total fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time; cancellation does not entitle you to refunds except as required by law.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.
12. Updates to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on our website. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
