Rules it was built with
- Each staff member can be assigned a maximum of two consecutive shifts before mandatory rest.
- Moderation coverage must meet a minimum threshold per hour for all flagged incidents.
- Shift swaps must be logged with supervisor approval.
- Staff availability is dynamically updated based on absence or emergency leave.
- Overlapping shifts are permitted only for priority event coverage.
